Please book
as early as possible to secure the weeks that you would like. Rental
prices for the villa are per week and not per person and note that the
minimum booking period is for one week.
We will provisionally hold the weeks you want (subject to availability),
for a period of seven days from your telephone call. Your deposit must
be received by us within this seven day period. We will then send
confirmation of your booking along with a receipt and a copy of your
booking form for your reference.
The payment of the balance remaining on your holiday must be made ten
weeks prior to the arrival date shown on your booking form.

You will receive instructions on key collection along with maps and
directions approximately two weeks before the start of your holiday.
The house will have been cleaned prior to your arrival and furnished
with clean linen and towels. However, if you require further maid
service during your stay, this can be arranged at extra cost to
yourselves.
